Standing Room Only, is a group exhibition by six new gallery artists whose work is featured at Prince Street Gallery’s new space on West 27th Street. These artists join the gallery's lineage of varied approaches to the poetry of the 2-dimensional, selecting work for this exhibition that highlights, in each, an intensively individual thematic focus while sharing an acute sensitivity to materials and process. The paintings and prints in this exhibition form a powerful presentation of visual languages slipping between emblem, abstraction, narration and realism.
